Richard Polidori, President
Richard has over 23 years of experience with many facets of the General and Business Aviation industry. As an aircraft owner, he has established a high set of standards for every division within Lanmar Aviation. Providing our customers with services that are unmatched defines Lanmar Aviation.
Jack Shields, Director of Avionics
Jack has over 16 years of experience in avionics. He is well recognized in
the industry as a leader in state-of-the-art avionics and flight control
system design and installation. Jack received his Bachelor of Science in
Aviation Technology (Cum Laude) and his A&P rating at Embry Riddle
University. He has received numerous manufacturers’ training and
certifications, including Avidyne, Allied Signal, Garmin, Rockwell Collins,
and BF Goodrich to name a few. In addition, he serves on several dealer
advisory panels for various avionics manufacturers. Jack has his Private
Pilot’s certificate, and owns a Piper Cherokee. To contact Jack Shields

Bill Kluepfel, Maintenance Manager
Bill Kluepfel has over 27 years of experience in the areas of aircraft maintenance, sales and management. Working on aircraft ranging from J3 Cub’s to 747’s he brings a diverse knowledge of all aircraft types to meet the needs of Lanmar Aviation’s customer base. Kluepfel comes to Lanmar Aviation from Embraer Executive Jet Services, LLC where he served as Maintenance Operations Manager for the Phenom 100VLJ and the service of Legacy 600 corporate aircraft. Bill’s strong customer service skills and abilities to meet the needs of the customer makes him a perfect fit with Lanmar Aviation’s strategic goals. Jessica Power, Director of Marketing & Sales
Jessica has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in general and
business aviation. She attended Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH,
studying Aviation and Business Management. In 1998 she began her career at
TAR Air Corporation in aircraft sales and acquisitions. In 2001 she joined
Avidyne Corporation, where she moved up the ranks from Inside Sales
representative to Director, Channel Marketing in 2008. At Lanmar
Aviation she will lead the Marketing & Sales development and strategies
for all four

James Edwards, Director, FBO Services
James has 9 years of managerial experience with a background in sales and
customer service. He attended Eastern Connecticut State University, majoring
in Communications. James has a true passion for aviation and has flight
training in both rotary and fixed wing aircraft. He has assisted in the
coordination of a Presidential and Vice Presidential visit at Lanmar
Aviation. James oversees the day to day operations of Lanmar Aviation to
